Your Duty of Disclosure

Before you enter into a policy with us, you have a duty to disclose to us every material fact that you know, or a reasonable person in the circumstances could be expected to know, which is relevant to our decision whether to accept the risk of insurance and, if so, on what terms. Please note that if you fail to disclose any material facts to us, this could invalidate your insurance cover.

Material Fact

A material fact is any fact, medical or otherwise, which poses an increase in risk to us and likely to influence us in the assessment, acceptance or continuance of your insurance. If you have a material fact to declare, please contact our sales office on 0800 258 5351

Party Types

Individual Please select the traveller who you wish to book insurance for. If there is a group of you, please select the Group type of policy.

Couple A couple can be either legally married, a common law husband and wife or an adult couple who have cohabited for at least one year. All limits and excesses are per person irrespective of one or both travelling on the same trip.

Family A family is considered to be a legally married couple, a common law husband and wife, a single parent or adult couple who have cohabited for at least one year and up to 3 children aged under 19 (or up to 21 if in full time education) . Under 2’s travel free on an Adult or Couple Policy (please select Family, under Type of policy to set this up.)

Trip Types

Annual multi-trip policy: If you plan to travel 2 or more times per year, this policy can save you money. It means you won’t have to set up a new policy every time you travel.

Ski Cover: Our ski policy covers you whether on or off-piste and also if you are a skier or a snowboarder.

Europe: This includes cover for travel to: Member States of the European Union, Andorra, The Azores, Balearic Islands, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Croatia, Egypt, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Madeira, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Norway, Romania, Russia (West of the Urals), San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine.

Australia/New Zealand: At least 75% of the total trip must be spent in Australia and/or New Zealand. 25% of the trip may be spent Worldwide. Travel to USA and Canada is subject to a combined maximum of ten days.

Worldwide ex USA/Canada: Travel the World, except USA / Canada and excluded regions below.

Worldwide: Travel the World, excluding regions below.
